Flying in all the way from Germany, we had Prof. Heinz Wiendl, who enlightened us on how to tailor treatment for highly active MS patients; and Prof. Achim Gass, who gave us a much deeper understanding and appreciation of the role of imaging in MS. From other south-eastern Asian countries, we had Prof. Naraporn Prayoonwiwat from Thailand; Prof. Byung-Jo Kim and Prof. HJ Kim from Korea; and Prof. Ching Piao Tsai from Taiwan, who shared with us their local practice and experience in managing CNS demyelinating disorders. Last but not least, we had Prof. Kazuo Fujihara from Japan, who gave us further insights into his expertise in NMO.
